About Us: The first Island Wing Company restaurant opened on August 17, 2012. The concept was created by a pair of free-thinking restaurant entrepreneurs who happen to love the island life. Together, the husband and wife team had spent the prior 15 years building a highly successful 750unit restaurant chain based in Destin, FL. Once again they had an idea for another unique restaurant concept. They paired that vision with an amazing team with decades of restaurant and franchise experience to create Island Wing Company.

Our Mission: is to give consumers a unique full service grill and bar dining choice by providing high quality, great tasting food with a healthier twist delivered with unparalleled hospitality in a fun and vibrant island environment.

Island Wing Company® has created a proprietary process for the perfect crispy baked chicken wing with our innovative cooking methods. Our customers are often amazed with how we create the perfect juicy baked wing with a crispy exterior without the use of fryers. Pair those perfect wings with one of our more than 30 flavorful sauces or dry rubs and you have a combination that keeps customers coming back for more.

Island Wing Company® offers a variety of island inspired menu items including sandwiches, burgers, seafood, mac & cheese, salads, and sides. All of our menu items were developed with quality and taste in mind. There are no deep fryers in our kitchens and everything we serve is baked, steamed or grilled, never fried! Our menu is packed with flavor, not grease! There’s something for everyone on our menu. We even offer vegetarian options such as veggie burgers and meatless nuggets that can be tossed in any of our awesome sauces!
