Their mentors were their respective mothers, Nettie Shoemaker and Nellie Hicks. These women of faith nurtured their children by word and deed. This nurturing birthed in each a desire to succeed and a commitment to quality that is witnessed today in the taste buds of Ham ‘n Goodys customers. Leroy and Emily recently passed the Ham 'n Goody's to Dale Harold - a man dedicated to upholding the values and faith that led Ham 'n Goody's to such outstanding renown across the region. It is our hope that as you get to know the quality of our food, you will also get to know the passion of Leroy & "Cookie", as Emily is called, which is now being carried on through Dale.
