This FamPak (Familiarization Rate Package) is offered at a reduced rate to familiarize you with all Indian Rocks Beach has to offer.  We are located directly on the Intracoastal waterway just 7 miles South of Clearwater Beach and 14 miles North of St. Pete Beach. Located right next to us is the new Splash Harbour Water Park. The area surrounding our Key West styled hotel is free from noise and traffic. Our family friendly hotel and marina are only a short walk to the beach, shopping, local restaurants, and nightlife. Bask in the warm Florida sunshine in our garden pool and Jacuzzi and watch the breathtaking sunrises each morning at our marina. Or you can hop on the Beach Trolley to visit John’s Pass Village in Maderia Beach for unique shopping or head north to the Clearwater Marine Aquarium to see Winter the Dolphin.

The purchaser of this vacation is entitled to a vacation that includes (2) night’s accommodations at Holiday Inn Hotel and Suites, Clearwater Beach, South Harbourside. The Holiday Inn Hotel and Suites, Clearwater Beach, South Harbourside permits up to two adults and two children (under the age of 18 years) per room. Resort fees (if applicable) plus tax must be paid to the hotel upon check in. All reservations are subject to availability. Travel must be completed within 12 months of purchase date of the vacation. If any component of the vacation is not available with our advertised providers on the purchaser’s travel dates, the promoter reserves the right to substitute a provider of equal or greater value. Upon check-in, the purchaser will be required to provide the hotel with photo identification and an imprint of a major credit card to cover the cost of incidental charges. Guest is responsible for all incidentals such as, but not limited to, resort fees, sales tax, long distance phone service, key deposit, meals and transportation ​ PRESENTATION: Attendance at a sales presentation on the benefits of a discounted Vacation Program, lasting approximately 90 minutes, is required. Presentations may not be attended on check in or check out date. Married and cohabiting couples must travel and attend the presentation together. Those who do not attend the sales presentation in its entirety will not receive the resort voucher or gifts and will be charged the retail value of the accommodations plus tax. Advance notice is required as certain days of the week and times of the year are extremely limited.  ELIGIBILITY: Married or co-habitating couples both must be at least 25 years of age, 1 must be under 73 years age and have an annual household income of at least $50,000 (US). Single women between 30-70 with an annual income of $50,000.Couples must tour with spouse/fiancé/life partner and must prove they live together with either matching address id, or checkbook, lease/mortgage statement with both names on the account to qualify. Newlyweds may use marriage certificate. For identification purposes, each Qualified Tour must possess, and present at the Presentation, a valid driver’s license, state I.D. or Passport and a valid major credit card. (no debit/check cards)  Guest cannot have attended a presentation thru Arcadia Resorts Club/CR-Clearwater in the past 12 months, cannot be a travel agent, industry or airline employee or current members of any travel or vacation club. All guests must be able speak, read and write English fluently and be capable of entering into a legal contract.  Children are permitted at the presentation, however there is a 4 person maximum on tour including the qualifying guest(s).
