Although only open for less than a year, Hogwood BBQ is the highest rated BBQ restaurant in Franklin, TN (Yelp). The Hogwood menu is the creation of Chef Michael Marsee and offers artisan-smoked meats and signature sides. Hogwood catering specializes in office parties, weddings, rehearsal dinners, parties and corporate events. The restaurant is located next to Five Guys in Cool Springs and is open from 11am-8pm daily.

- Hogwood Beans – Adobe Milling Company pinto beans, shipped directly to our restaurant from Dove Creek Colorado; Seasoned with our Hogwood rub and blended with hearty chunks of smoked pork. (gluten free)
- Hatch Green Chile Cheese Grits – Stone-ground grits blended with sharp cheddar cheese and hatch chiles from Hatch, New Mexico for a creamy, smoky flavor you can only find at Hogwood. (gluten free)
- Pour-over Mac & Cheese – Boiled pasta shells that are portioned to order, then slowly covered with our signature made-from-scratch cheese sauce. Garnished with a slice of toasted parmesan cheese.
- Hogwood Slaw – a light and delicious kale slaw hand-tossed with a house-made maple cider vinegrette dressing (with REAL maple syrup). (gluten free)
- Ice Box Pickles – fresh-sliced cucumbers marinated overnight in our house-made pickle brine for a light and delicious crunch (gluten free)
