Aroy Thai Fusion Cuisine is a family owned and run business that combine the old school style of Thai cooking with gourmet approach. We take pride in using high quality ingredients such as our duck and our organic greens. We solely sell duck breast that is non-GMO, no-antibiotics, no-hormone and free roaming in Duck Jade Noodle (which is a very popular stir-fried noodle dish, up there with Pad Thai in Thailand) Our mother craft our own dumplings by hand and every single sauce is made fresh here in the house. We want to promote the wide range of palettes Thai food carry as well as the options to customize your plates to your liking. All the time, we'd make off-the-menu dishes, just ask!
For example: Our Palo Short Rib from the signature menu was influenced by a traditional Thai stew we grew up eating. With this particular dish, it's always paired with cilantro and boiled eggs. So we thought, let's kick it up a notch and create meaty slow cook ribs, with all the same spices that is going to pair so well with pesto fettuccine and top it off with onsen tamago (a Japanese styled low temperature egg)
And what is not broken, we don't fix! All traditional and authentic dishes stay the same!
