Bistro Orleans, a special restaurant and bar in the heart of Metairie with chef and owner, Archie Saurage in the kitchen. Bistro Orleans specializes in classic and casual dining. Chef Archie makes his gumbos with the freshest Louisiana seafood and is now proudly serving fresh, wild-caught local des allemande catfish. Oysters served raw, on the half shell or char grilled served on a cast iron platter! Po’boys and daily specials available. The restaurant has a New Orleans historical and jazz atmosphere and a private room for parties or special events. Visit our carnival time lounge, enjoy live music on Thursday and Friday evenings. Open seven days a week Mon-Thurs 11am-9pm, Saturday 11am-10pm and on Sunday 11am-8pm.
