Resort fees (if applicable) plus tax must be paid to the hotel upon check in. All reservations are subject to availability. Travel must be completed within 12 months of purchase date of the vacation. If any component of the vacation is not available with our advertised providers on the purchaser’s travel dates, the promoter reserves the right to substitute a provider of equal or greater value. Upon check-in, the purchaser will be required to provide the hotel with photo identification and an imprint of a major credit card to cover the cost of incidental charges. Guests are responsible for all applicable taxes, resort fees, security deposits. PRESENTATION: Attendance at a sales presentation on the benefits of a Vacation Program, lasting approximately 90 minutes, is required. Presentations may not be attended on check in or check out date. If married or cohabiting, couples must attend the entire sales presentation together. Those who do not attend the sales presentation in its entirety will not receive the resort voucher or gifts and will be charged the retail value of the accommodations. Those that fail to meet qualifications or attend the presentation under false pretenses will be charged the full retail value of the accommodations. RESERVATIONS: If you have already purchased and you’re ready to book your dates, please call reservations at the number provided in your Welcome Letter or click on the link also provided in your Welcome Letter and complete your reservation form and submit form. We will handle all your travel needs, including adding additional family members, extra nights, car rentals, as well as discuss special needs and other questions you may have. All reservations are made on a space available basis from hotel allotments. Holiday Season: Dec 20 to Jan 2 there will be a holiday charge of $75 per room per stay. This is not per person or per night, this fee will be collected by the resort directly during the verification call. Reservations must be canceled or rescheduled at least 14 days prior to arrival date to avoid a 1 night no show fee. Guest may purchase transportation for $50.00 each way for up to 4 people, they may do this during the confirmation call with the resort. Extra nights and guests above the 2 adults and 2 children 11 years of age or younger must be added with the resort during their confirmation call. Resort fees and taxes 14% are the responsibility of the guest and must be prepaid prior to arrival, this will be collected by the resort during the confirmation call. ELIGIBILITY Must be citizens of the United States or Canada. Must have and present current valid government issued identification. Must have and present one valid major credit card. Check and/or Debit Cards are not accepted. Must attend an entire Vacation Club sales presentation and orientation lasting about 90 minutes. Must be able to read and speak fluently in either English or Spanish. At least one individual in each couple must be either gainfully employed or retired with annual salary or investment income per household equal to at least $50,000 USD for US citizen may take advantage of this offers or $70,000 Canadian dollars for Canadian citizens. Single women must be 35–69 years old and meet all of the other qualifications Single men ages 35-59 meeting all qualifications may participate in this offer. 3 Night Minimum Stay Required .
