Tom’s All American BBQ was started by two Johns and Pit Master Nick, you’d think our name would be anything but Tom’s All-American. So why Tom’s? It’s an homage to Big John’s late Grandfather Athanasios “Tom” Dragatsikas whose first diner was dubbed the All-American diner in the 1970s in Allentown. He taught John the value of hard work, entrepreneurship, and how to make a whole lot of something out of nothing. So, that’s what they do every day. Tom’s All American BBQ is a delicious family friendly restaurant, and Chef Nick and John make everything from scratch!
