The promoter of this vacation Global Solutions, LLC registered Florida Seller of Travel # ST39282 reservations are processed and confirmed by The Welcome Center of Daytona Beach, LLC registered Florida Seller of Travel # ST37782 . The purchaser of this vacation is entitled to a vacation that includes (5) night’s accommodations at Morritt's Tortuga and Grand Resorts, Grand Caymans permits up to two adults and two children (17 years of age or younger) per room. Resort fees (if applicable) plus tax must be paid to the hotel upon check in. All reservations are subject to availability. Travel must be completed within 12 months of purchase date of the vacation. If any component of the vacation is not available with our advertised providers on the purchaser’s travel dates, the promoter reserves the right to substitute a provider of equal or greater value. Upon check-in, the purchaser will be required to provide the hotel with photo identification and an imprint of a major credit card to cover the cost of incidental charges. Guest is responsible for all applicable taxes, resort fees, security deposits, long distance phone service, room service fees, meals, transportation and any other items of a personal nature. Guests is responsible for a $500 refundable security deposit upon check in at the resort, must be paid by credit card, cash is not accepted. Guests will be housed in a one bedroom suite that sleep four in a poolside unit at Morritt’s Tortuga & Grand Resort in Grand Cayman Islands based on occupancy.

PRESENTATION:

Must attendance at a sales presentation on the benefits of a discounted Vacation Program, lasting approximately 90 to 120 minutes, is required. Presentations may not be attended on check in or check out date. Married or cohabiting couples must attend preview with their spouse/partner and must prove they live together with either matching address id, or checkbook, lease/mortgage statement with both names on the account to qualify. Newlyweds may use marriage certificate. Failure to attend the resort preview during your stay or failure to meet the terms and conditions above at the resort preview will result in guest being charged for all room nights at published rack rate.Those who do not attend the sales presentation in its entirety will not receive the resort voucher or gifts. Those that do not qualify and have attended presentation under false pretenses will be charged all room nights at published rack rate prior to departure.

RESERVATIONS:

If you have already purchased and you’re ready to book your dates, please click on the link also provided in your Welcome Letter and complete your reservation form and submit form. We will handle all your travel needs, including adding additional family members, extra nights, car rentals, as well as discuss special needs and other questions you may have. All reservations are made on a space available basis from resort allotments. Minimum stay 5 nights/Maximum stay 5 nights, strictly enforced. Reservations must be made at least 15 days prior to check in date. Confirmed reservations must be canceled or rescheduled at least 15 business days prior to arrival to avoid a one night late cancellation penalty. (Business days are Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time.) One date change is permitted at no charge, additional changes will incur a $50.00 fee. Not showing at hotel on your scheduled reservation date will result in a charge-back for all nights (5 Nights) plus tax and resort fees at the published room rate at hotel.  Advance notice is required as certain days of the week and times of the year are extremely limited. 

ELIGIBILITY

Must be married or cohabiting couples, between the age of 30 and 60 years of age. Must be cohabiting or married at least 1 year with a combined annual income of at least $60,000 (USD)

Single women must be between the age 30 and 60 years of age with an annual income of at least $60,000 (USD)

Have government or state issued valid photo ID and valid major credit card required (no debit/check cards, check books or temporary id’s) Passports are accepted for guests residing in the continental US.

Couples must travel and attend the presentation together and must have credit card at presentation that matches address on their valid photo id.

No Group Travel... Group travel is defined as 2 of more parties that know each other traveling to the same resort during the same time frame.

Guest must be able to speak, read, write and understand English fluently and be capable of entering into a legal contract and must be a US or UK citizen.

Not eligible: Current or past owners of any Morritt's property, single men and employees in the travel industry such as but not limited to airline, hotel, cruise, travel agent, timeshare and any guest that has previously toured a Morritt's property in the previous 12 months.

Any guests that are being disruptive during the resort preview may be asked to leave at any time regardless of whether you completed your obligation to attend the preview or not.

Travel must be completed within 12 months of purchase date.

This offer is not valid for family reunions, guest’s attending a convention or conference or group travel, group travel is defined as 2 or more parties that know each other traveling during the same time frame using a vacation that includes a resort preview.

One package per household is valid in a 12 month period.

Purchase may be transferred to another party that meets the terms and conditions of the offer.

YOU MAY ALSO CANCEL THIS CONTRACT IF ACCOMMODATIONS OR FACILITIES ARE NOT AVAILABLE PURSUANT TO A REQUEST FOR USE AS PROVIDED IN THE CONTRACT. IF YOU DECIDE TO CANCEL, YOU MUST NOTIFY THE SELLER IN WRITING OF YOUR INTENT TO CANCEL BY RETURNING THE CERTIFICATE AND SENDING NOTICE TO globalsolutionscustomerservice@gmail.com  PURCHASER SHALL RELY UPON REPRESENTATIONS OTHER THAN THOSE INCLUDED IN THIS CONTRACT. THIS CONTRACT IS FOR THE PURCHASE OF A VACATION CERTIFICATE AND PUTS ALL ASSIGNEES ON NOTICE OF THE CONSUMER’S RIGHT TO CANCEL UNDER SECTION 559.933, FLORIDA STATUTES.
