Bally’s signature steakhouse “The Vintage”… offers a gourmet fine dining steakhouse serving only The finest cuts of Beef, the freshest seafood, and the best wine list in town.
Start with the Crab Cakes with roasted peppers and creole mustard hollandaise or Quail and Grits w/ cheese just to name a few but don’t fill up because the STEAKS are their specialty, you’ll find your favorite cut with all the enhancements you can imagine…not in the mood for steak? The Noodle Bar is an authentic Asian noodle kitchen located on the pavilion’s second level at Bally’s Shreveport Casino & Hotel. Our restaurant menu boasts delicious Vietnamese and Chinese favorites such as crab rangoons, eggrolls, pho bowls, stir-fried rice with vegetables, and more.
