We are an independent, family-owned establishment supported by family and friends. My son, Zack Anderson, is the General Manager along with his girlfriend, Brianna Knigge. She is the Assistant Manager/Bar Manager who has many years of experience in the bar/restaurant industry. Owning my own business has always been a deep seeded aspiration of mine coming from a family who has always been business oriented even in the restaurant business back in the day. My vision grew and my world opened up to this industry in 2021. Hence, with the support of my family and my two sons, Tyler and Zack my vision evolved to start the restaurant. Many ask how the name came to be. It was my love for that crazy bird, The Rooster and my love for the industrial/rustic aesthetics the name made sense; Rusted Roost. It makes even more sense that the rooftop setting will be called, The Coop. I and my son, Zack, are enjoying the many people we have met thus far and are so appreciative of all the community support we have received. Thank you, Menasha, and all surrounding communities, from my family to yours.
