Start your meal with an Oklahoma original, New State’s Kentucky Fried Banana Peppers, served with house-made garlic ranch. The menu also features Oklahoma classics like the Hot Hamburger ala Murphy’s and the Theta Burger, crafted with a unique in-house char sauce. You can enhance any burger with toppings such as a fresh fried egg, crispy shallots, or house-cut applewood smoked bacon.
New State boasts a remarkable Chicken Sandwich and equally outstanding nuggets, featuring hand-marinated and battered chicken, perfectly complemented by their signature New State Nugget Sauce.
