Mimi’s Cafe burst onto the scene in 2024, making a name for itself with its signature Crazy Pancakes – Oreo Pancakes topped with whipped cream and Oreos as well as Gigi’s Sundae Pancakes, three pancakes topped with one scoop of Gigi’s vanilla or chocolate ice cream with fudge, sprinkles, whipped cream and a cherry.
From its beloved traditional breakfast menu – eggs, benedicts, breakfast wraps and sandwiches, etc. – to its signature pancakes; from its lunch classics (burgers, clubs, and wraps) to its latest favorites (buffalo grilled cheese and avocado toast, just to name a couple), Mimi’s Cafe has something for everyone.
