Las Ristras of Corrales is a thoughtful, unique blend of traditional New Mexico fresh-fare with a dash of premium steakhouse favorites. With Southwestern-inspired culinary creations originally inspired by Chef Jude Sanchez, our family continues to serve palate satisfying meals right down to the carefully selected wine and beer selections. Choose from quality lamb, beef, pork, and vegetarian signature dishes, all presented with fresh sides like the chefs vegetables or a locally-sourced salad. As a local business, Las Ristras tries to source as much of our products from other local and regional businesses as we can. We have the pleasure of partnering with several incredible local suppliers and as a result, have an amazing variety of local produce, meat, cheese, and other New Mexican products as are seasonally available.
And don't forget Taco Tuesday or our succulent prime rib on Thursday nights. Looking for a place to enjoy a leisurely Sunday meal? Try our Sunday brunch. We also offer a Chefs Special Menu Friday and Saturday evenings from 5pm with uniquely crafted signature dishes like our almond crusted salmon with soy ginger glaze or red chile dusted pork chops with apple cinnamon chutney.
Las Ristras offers comfortable seating with live music on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights. In addition to our lunch and dinner menus, we also offer savory breakfast dishes to start your day off on the right foot. Our breakfast menu is available all day, too. Reasonably priced with plenty of selections to satisfy all taste-buds. Las Ristras is a great start for a first date or bring the family!
