Queen City BBQ is another home run for the Bayou Boys as partners Mo Taylor and Christian Duarte (owners of Bayou and Wiz Kidz). They have created another unique dining experience with America’s favorite cuisine served in an urban chic yet down home super friendly atmosphere. Brisket to absolutely die for, pulled pork that melts in your mouth, delectable buttermilk biscuits made fresh as everything is made in house including the pierogi shell and the butter with bacon bits!
Try the fried chicken skewer and you will never eat any other fried chicken again, it is THAT good. Ribs from heaven, sensational sausage, geographically inspired sauces (try a combo of Texas and South Carolina), a skillet of mac and cheese, almost forgot the smoked wings… AND the beer. There’s no better compliment to great BBQ than great beers and Queen City Bar BQ may have the best selection of brews bottled and on tap in the entire Valley. But don’t forget to leave room for the homemade ice cream and coconut cake for dessert!
