Glen Brook Golf Club: Established in 1924 Glen Brook Golf Club has stood the test of time. Glen Brook is a scenic course that rolls through the meadows of the Pocono Mountains with some amazing views of the local topography. Privately owned for the first 80 years, Glen Brook operated as a semi -private club supporting a great membership opportunity and still has the ability to accommodate public golf.  In 2006, Stroud Township purchased the golf course along with some surrounding property as part of an open space initiative to offer activities to the general public. Over the past 8 years the township has invested heavily into the golf course and has been improving year after year. We are now allowing uses of the property on some non-course areas, such as hiking, bird watching, fishing, and cross country skiing. Pocono Hills Golf Course: (formerly Fernwood Golf Course) The Pocono Hills Golf Course is a short, tight mountain course designed by architect Nicolas Psiahas in the heart of the Pocono Mountains. Tillinghast’s first-ever design. 24 of our 27 holes are located on an island in the middle of the Delaware River. Skytop Lodge: Set atop the peak of a high plateau, our course is rated 4 out of 5 by Golf Advisor and a proud partner of Preferred Golf Club, a division of Preferred Hotels & Resorts. No other Poconos golfing vacations offer a mountain-style track that plays over rolling terrain and boasts wide, tree-lined fairways and small greens that challenge players of all levels. Above average in speed, this course incorporates water on two holes and plenty of strategically placed bunkers over its 6,656 yards— enjoyably playable for the casual player and serious golfer alike. Each player must have his or her own set of clubs. Rentals are $60 and available through the Pro Shop. Please respect that we do not allow five-somes on the course and that walking is only permitted after 3pm. Our award winning course is open to the public.
