Behind the Brand
Pennsylvania Rye Company is a Rye-centric Whiskey and cocktail bar located in Downtown Allentown. Though we consider ourselves a whiskey bar we are much more. With a small cocktail section near the bar, 30 seats in the dining room, and room for 40-70 in our Loft space. The Loft space is available for private events. Our beverage program revolves around our library of whiskey. Our focus may be rye but we collect quality whiskey and whiskey from around the globe. Having whiskey with us is much more of an experience. We want to provide knowledge that people are looking for when exploring spirits. Providing flights with descriptions of each product is one way we achieve this. Our cocktail program is equally important to us. From juicing all fruit in-house to an ever-evolving cocktail list we take it seriously.
Our Chef, Eduardo Aburto, has created a seasonal small plates menu using locally sourced products. Though our staples will remain the small plates menu changes monthly providing new things to enjoy for our regulars. We also offer entrees and sandwiches for a more traditional style of dining. He also focuses on eliminating allergens such as gluten. Making our menu much more inclusive for people with dietary restrictions. Chef offers the same flexibility as our catering menus.
We offer many different services but our main objective is to be the neighborhood bar and restaurant. We want to know your names, what you do, what you drink, and how your day went. We want to open when you want to be here so we don’t close until 2 am Wednesday through Sunday. Visit paryeco.com
