ButcherMan Beef Jerky is a locally owned and operated business in Amarillo, TX. This product was created from owner Caleb Johnson's love of cooking, and a need for a better snack to take to work. Our high quality beef jerky is all hand made daily in small batches. Each slice of beef hand cut by knife, and each batch of marinade made from scratch with our own tested and perfected recipes. Available now are Original and Hot flavors, but more will come in the future so stay tuned!
