Behind the Brand
Anderson Reserve was started in 2009 by owner Paul Anderson. Having learned butchery under my father’s guidance, I wanted to continue the family tradition. My goal was to make our meats available to the general public, both online and in retail. My grandfather always dreamt of having a retail store, and I’m humbled to make it a reality in Sweet, Idaho. The design of the barn takes our family’s tradition to a new level, where our fine meats can be enjoyed in an extraordinary atmosphere.
The Barn at Anderson Reserve is a combined custom butchery, retail market, and exquisite fine dining experience.
