Biscuit & Hogs was created in the midst of our national pandemic to provide light and hope for the future, a place that provides people with new & old memories; a combination of America's favorites wrapped into one amazing brand; American diner, sports bar & gastro pub. Our goal was to be fresh and unique with every dish while creating a bright and modern atmosphere like nothing else. Utilizing local products to create a twist on American cuisine, Biscuit & Hogs has some of the most creative breakfast, lunch & dinner items you will ever taste. Artisan signature pork belly bacon, biscuit French toast, prime Angus burger patties, creative & unique bloody marys, mimosas & signature cocktails, all served with one motto in mind, “Size Matters.”

We didn't stop with our food, we wanted to create an atmosphere that is not only family-friendly but energetic. Biscuit & Hogs is determined to offer the best happy hour available and that is why they offer $1 draft beers, $1 white claws, $2 wells, half-price signature cocktails, and a wide assortment of their best snacks at a discount, 7 days a week from 3 pm – 6 pm. If you can't make it in on one of those times, join them on Mondays where all day is $1 beer day where all drafts are just $1.

With two locations in the Treasure Valley, Located at 2032 E Overland Rd, Meridian next to the Harley Davidson & Majestic Movie Theater, & 6192 N Linder Rd, Meridian next to Winco off Hwy 20/26 and Linder.
