At Van Lith Ranch, we raise ultra-premium grass-fed, grain-finished beef here in Idaho. Our family ranch is located on the banks of the Payette River where three generations of Van Liths have been raising beef cattle for over 70 years.  We use that generational knowledge and experience to hand-select only the highest of quality animals for our Van Lith Ranch line of meat and that personal attention and dedication shows in every mouthwatering bite.   

Our founders, brothers, Joseph and Andrew Van Lith, both have a passion for ethically raising high quality cattle.

Joe, as a third generation cattleman, has spent his entire life paying attention to detail when it comes to responsibly handling and raising cattle.  With a great appreciation for cooking and entertaining his friends and family, being able to transition to producing the highest quality of beef to share with the public came naturally for Joe.

Andy, as well, has a deep love for his friends and family.  With real dedication to spending time with and hosting loved ones. Gathering around a great meal is something that constantly drives Andy to assure that every piece of meat sold by Van Lith Ranch meets a strict expectation for quality, so that with every steak sold you can enjoy more than just a great steak.
