Behind the Brand

Upon entering Taste Bistro in the village of East Aurora, the aroma of freshly brewed coffee stimulates your senses.  Looking around, you notice fascinating details in the antique and eclectic décor, and then you hear the grill master call out: "Marilyn Monroe, Gandolf, Batman..."

The bakery cases are filled with today’s selection of sweet temptations.  Behind the counter, the original exterior brick of the building features beautiful chalk art.  The menus for drinks, breakfast (served all day long), soups & salads, and lunch and dinner are displayed on truly unique digital chalkboards.

Try the E.T. Mocha, but please don’t ask for the recipe.  Try the French Toast - some say it’s the best in the world!  Or, the Millard Fill-Me-More featuring their famous chicken salad loaded with walnuts and cranberries.  It’s a food experience you simply can’t explain.
