Fat Bob’s Smokehouse - started in 1998 and has been a local, Buffalo staple in the Allentown district ever since.  Locally owned and operated, Fat Bob’s makes everything from scratch and uses wood burning smokers to cook their meats low and slow over many hours. With a mission focused on a WOW customer experience, Fat Bob’s focuses on delicious BBQ, quality SERVICE and a LOCAL connection.  From BBQ + local craft beers, ranges of catering services as well adding two food trucks roaming to serve the WNY community in 2017, Fat Bob’s is committed to our community and mission.
