Behind the Brand

Family owned and operated 2nd generation.  Pizza recipe is the same as the first day in Aug 1972, using the same type of flour, Galbani cheese, pepperoni and tomato purée.  Employed hundreds that have long careers  at the business. Proud supporter of local charities and sponsorships. Building has historical significance as a show room and service center in the 1920's for Pierce Arrow.  Longest operating restaurant on Hertel and maybe the oldest business (trying to confirm). Over 2,100,000 pizzas served!!  

Served wings when wings were beginning to be a thing.  

Same Relationship with local distributors and business for product and produce purchases. Ie Johnny's Meats, Guercios, Latina Pepsi American Paper and Curtze. 

50% of business is delivery and has been part of the family business model when no one else offered it. 

Customers not only know the Bob and Johns name they know the phone number by heart.
