Behind the Brand

Family owned and operated 2nd generation.  The pizza recipe is the same as the first day in Aug 1972, using the same type of flour, Galbani cheese, pepperoni, and tomato purée.  Employed hundreds that have long careers in the business. Proud supporter of local charities and sponsorships. The building has historical significance as a showroom and service center in the 1920s for Pierce Arrow.  The longest-operating restaurant on Hertel and maybe the oldest business (trying to confirm). Over 2,100,000 pizzas served!!  

Served wings when wings were beginning to be a thing.  

Same Relationship with local distributors and businesses for product and produce purchases. Ie Johnny's Meats, Guercios, Latina Pepsi American Paper, and Curtze. 

50% of business is delivery and has been part of the family business model when no one else offered it. 

Customers not only know Bob and John's name they know the phone number by heart.
