In the summer of 2016, My wife got me into a BBQ cook off in Medina Ny. I was nervous but I figured why not give it a try as I love to smoke food.
I ended up getting 3rd place for my pulled pork. We had a blast.
In August of 2016 I filled for my LLC and Parker’s Pit was starting off!
Hard work and Love is what we cook with and We worked our butts off with an open trailer that we had to set everything up. We continued to hustle and bought our small food trailer for events.
Next we opened a Brick and mortar in Middleport 9998 ridge Road Middleport 14105 for just take out.
Our Middleport location will reopen oat the end of June for the summer. Open Thursday- Sunday 11am-7pm
We continued to work hard and in 2021 bought our big bbq trailer.
As the years have passed, we’ve brought our delicious BBQ to people all over Western New York, serving at weddings, grad parties, parties at peoples home.
Some time we just serve people in the community. Many of our customers have asked for a sitdown location.
In March 1, 2024 we opened at our sit down location in Niagara Falls, across from the airport. The address is 10158 Niagara Falls blvd, Niagara Falls NY
