Description

Opened in February of 2019 in the historic Atlantic & Pacific (A&P) building, our spacious taproom features a scratch kitchen with an emphasis on using high-quality ingredients including local, grass-fed organic beef and humanely raised chicken. We also focus on providing vegetarian/vegan options in addition to having a dedicated gluten-free fryer for our pomme frites. We also have plenty of large TVs to watch your favorite sporting events. On the brewery side of our operation, we produce classic styles, as well as new and exciting styles including NEIPAs and Fruited Sours. We are proud to be a part of the ever-growing brewing community in the Western New York region.
