Behind the Brand

Mitchell’s Tavern located on Sheridan Ave. in Tonawanda has been slinging out traditional Buffalo favorites for over 80 years. The history of Mitchell’s dates back to the 1940’s and they haven’t looked back since! The menu is loaded with many fantastic options including a picture-perfect beef on Weck, spicy Philly beef, and Carolina BBQ Beef. They also carry multiple burger and chicken options such as the habanero burger, black n blue burger, Buffalo Style chicken Sandwich and a classic patty melt!

Mitchell’s Tavern is also known for having some old school favorites like meatloaf, fried bologna and a fan favorite the Mitchell’s Texas hot. Owner Nick has a homemade Texas Sauce that goes good on any meal! Mitchell’s tavern also has award winning chili that they serve during the fall and winter months.
