The 35th Annual Oyster Festival features a 40+ Oyster Menu, including Oyster Peckers, "Big Easy" Oysters, Oysters Giovanese, and Firecracker Oysters as well as the Platform’s famous fresh-shucked Oysters on the Half Shell.

A new favorite: Oysters Roulette. Tables are encouraged to share a plate of fresh-shucked house oysters. But beware: One of those oysters is loaded! With a healthy dose of Dave's Insanity Hot Sauce!
