Small, independent, traditional brewing = craft brewing. Trail Stop Brewery plans to feature fresh, unpasteurized beer with rotating styles and flavors. Our beers will be designed with the help of an Award-winning International brew master. Stop back to follow our progress as we start our beer design and brew process.
OUR MENU
Trail Stop Brewery is excited to provide traditional Neapolitan style wood fired pizza and deep-dish Chicago-style pizza. And for those of you who are gluten free a Cauliflower Crust option as well.
Our salads are made with fresh ingredients and our Kids Mac & Cheese and Kids Wood Fired Pizza are a big hit! Plus we even offer flatbreads, all cooked in a Woodfire oven. Try our Margherita flatbread with hand-crushed red sauce, fresh mozzarella, oven roasted tomatoes with a pesto drizzle. Simply delicious.
