Need to Know

• Move in date for the 346 sq ft studio apartment must be between April 15th & July 20th, 2024. If unable to move in at that time the lease for the 12-month term will commence on July 20th, 2024.
• Apartment is the 'Large Studio' Floorplan at the community The McCoy @ 8035. The studio is 346 sq ft. and will be assigned by management upon redemption.
• Please feel free to stop at the community to view if you need to look at the size prior to purchase.
• Occupant must complete rental application to live at the community and meet all rental requirements for the community.
• A deposit of $500 will be required upon move in to hold in an account and would be refunded upon move out if there are no damages.
• Occupant will be required to sign rental lease.
• Pets are welcome at the community. Limit one per apartment and must meet community pet criteria. Extra fees would apply for pet.
• Full value expiration will expire July 20, 2024
