Behind the Brand

With its Humble beginnings as a standalone food truck, The Que Abides became widely known as the gold standard of mobile food.  They then developed and strengthened to become one of the best catering services in the area. From grad parties, office functions, holiday parties, rehearsal dinners and weddings, and everything in-between. the most talked about aspect of these events was in-fact the Que Abides’ food.  Having outgrown the food truck, a brick & mortar restaurant was opened in Fairview, PA!! The new restaurant now allows The Que Abides to provide delicious Bar-B-Que year round! We are excited to have you as our guests in the restaurant, visitors at the food truck, or beneficiary of our catering! From Smoked Pastrami, Brisket, Baby back Ribs, Turkey Breast, Pulled Pork and Vegetarian Black Bean Burger, The Que definitely Abides…
