Located in the historic Fry & Rankin building in downtown Springfield, George + Violet's Steakhouse offers delicately prepared classic American steakhouse cuisine in a warm, community inspired environment.

George + Violet's brings contemporary touches to a classic American Steakhouse menu. Sourcing Oregon grass-fed beef and local, organic produce the food is straightforward while remaining technically sound. The menu transitions with the seasons, incorporating only what is current and available. All proteins are butchered in house, beef is dry-aged on location, and the entire menu is prepared from scratch.

George + Violet's brings classic American food back home to the neighborhood atmosphere. Centered in a town once anchored by loggers and farmers the nourishing appeal of modest community does not elude it's owners. It is the place to celebrate your wedding anniversary and the place to grab a burger and beer after work: both existing harmoniously, both equally important. The expertly prepared cocktails have passed the test of time and the wine is hand selected to pair wonderfully with each menu item. 

Reservations welcomed by phone or email, although some room is always reserved for walk-in guests.
