Swallowtail produces 5 flavored vodkas, 5 gins and 3 whiskies. Their tasting room at 111 Main street Springfield serves craft cocktails as well as food and you can even purchase your favorite Swallowtail bottles on site. 

Swallowtail Spirits has event space for small and large groups and can help with customized gifts. Open Wednesday and Thursday 5-9pm, and Friday and Saturday 4-11PM
