Behind the Brand

Poppi's Anatolia was established by Poppi herself in 1977. being the first Greek restaurant in Eugene and 100% Greek herself, she developed all of the recipes we are still using today. With simple ingredients that when done right turn ordinary food into the extraordinary. Poppi and her family ran the restaurant together and extended the warmth of their own family to each guest so that when someone came in once they became family for life. As the owners and stewards of Poppi's legacy, Brother, and sister Kai and Shanti Walling are honored to keep the tradition and extraordinary food alive in Eugene.

We have an extensive Greek menu for both lunch and dinner service, with daily specials for dinner service. We make all of our dishes with fresh ingredients in-house. We offer a variety of wines including several organic Greek wines as well as signature cocktails and local beer on tap.  We take reservations daily. We offer live music twice a month and live belly dancing once a month. In 2023 we were nominated and got runner-up for best international cuisine in the Eugene Weekly.

We try to support other local businesses and quality ingredients. All of our meat is hormone and antibiotic-free provided by Longs Meat Market and our fish is provided by Newmans.

We are the perfect spot for a quick lunch, cozy romantic date night, or fun family outing.
