Hey now! Cozmic Charlie’s is Eric and Kelly Knudsen, a husband and wife team aiming to serve our customers and community through kindness and comfort foods, specializing in all things cheese. We serve hand-dipped and battered deep-fried cheese curds, poutine loaded fries, a killer cheesesteak, and good ol’ grateful grilled cheese sandwiches, that many people say are THE BEST they’ve ever had! Vegan and gluten free options available. The name Cozmic Charlie's Cheeze Shack is inspired from a Grateful Dead song titled “Cosmic Charlie” and our love of cheese!
