Plank Town Brewing, serving handcrafted microbrews and a NW-inspired menu in the beautifully restored Odd Fellows building.
Ingredients from local sources and our expanding array of hand-crafted beers are brewed with tender care from the finest ingredients from around the world. Roughly half of the tap list is year-round brews, while the other half consists of seasonal beers and Planktown Brewing’s own delicious single-batch experiments like The Foggy Scotsman, a Scottish-style porter with complex malty aromas or dark chocolate, honey, ripe figs, and a hint of smoke.
