Behind the Brand
Flex Fitness is a 24/7 member access facility based in Crestview and Freeport. In 2022, Flex Fitness opened its newest location in Walton County. Flex features the most up to date equipment choices and one on one personal training options. Flex Fitness also partners with Saving with Soul Pet rescue for their Flex Sponsored Bully program. This program has saved over 400 bully breed dogs locally since 2018.
