What Should I Expect?
- Initial phone call to set up appointment and casually discuss what you’d like to achieve with hypnosis
- Set up an appointment
- Head to DCC Hypnosis, NLP & Life Coaching Center for your appointment, where you will answer a detailed questionnaire
- Go over the questionnaire and discuss in more detail what you would like to achieve during your first hypnosis session. This is where we are able to connect, get to know one another, and built rapport
- When it’s time for your session, all you have to do is sit back, relax, and listen to the suggestions we came up with together
- This will take approximately 1.5-2 hours total
- Leave feeling rejuvenated, refreshed, and excited about the future!
