4" preformed hurricane pad 36x36x4, charge system with R410a refrigerant to meet manufacturer's specifications, city building permit fee and locking caps, complete system startup to factory specifications, condensate pump, evacuate system to 500 microns, flush copper refrigerant lines and PVC condensate drain line, full day of labor, install 24x50 emergency drain pan, pan spacers, and SS3 safety switch in attic,install disconnect switch to the outdoor unit with electrical whip, install new copper line set, condensate drain, and control wire (up to 50ft), install safety float switch to prevent accidental flooding, installation of plywood for access and walkway, insulate copper suction line to prevent sweating, line and seal return cavity with fiberglass duct board, line hid (per story), MAINTAIN CLEAN WORK AREA: we will remove and dispose all excess materials and job debris. old units will recycled when possible, reconnect to existing duct work with 4 piece plenum, reconnect to existing high and low voltage wiring, refrigerant line filter drier installed at indoor unit, remove existing equipment from the premises, replace plywood air handler platform, seal all new duct connections with high velocity mastic sealant, TEN YEAR PARTS & ONE YEAR LABOR WARRANTY.
