Beer Cheese was invented right here on the Kentucky River, and Hall’s On The River made it famous. The unique flavor of Hall’s Beer Cheese begins with beer and aged Wisconsin sharp cheddar cheese, and finishes with a bit of spice that provides the “snap” to Hall’s Snappy Beer Cheese. Hall’s Snappy Beer Cheese is sold commercially at many Kentucky Kroger and Liquor Barn locations, as well as online atBeerCheese.com. Of course, you can pick up a tub or two right here at our restaurant.
