Behind the Brand

We have been in the industry since 1996. After working and managing several places we decided to start our own. Tracey & Mindy (“ thus the name “Trindys”) along with Chris Hogge and our kids Dylan, Tyler and Aiden worked tirelessly to start our new venture in 2015 in Cynthiana Ky. We have loved the town and its people but with lack of other building options are bringing our business back home to Georgetown Ky in Indian Acres fall of 2018. We LOVE our food and hope you will also. It is cut, battered, and cooked when you order it so it will take more time to get to your table but once you’ve tried it you will understand why--- We are known for our Hot Browns, Catfish, & Brussel Sprouts ( yes our BEST seller even if you don’t like them---TRY them once and you will be hooked)!!! We look forward to our new venture in Georgetown and meeting all of you we haven't met and reconnecting with our old friends we’ve known for years after living here since 2003.
