• The promoter of this vacation Global Solutions, LLC registered Florida Seller of Travel # ST39282 reservations are processed and confirmed by The Welcome Center of Daytona Beach, LLC registered Florida Seller of Travel # ST37782 . The purchaser of this vacation is entitled to a vacation that includes (2) night’s accommodations at Holiday Inn Hotel and Suites, Clearwater Beach, South Harbourside. The Holiday Inn Hotel and Suites, Clearwater Beach, South Harbourside permits up to two adults and two children (under the age of 18 years) per room. Resort fees (if applicable) plus tax must be paid to the hotel upon check in. All reservations are subject to availability. Travel must be completed within 12 months of purchase date of the vacation. If any component of the vacation is not available with our advertised providers on the purchaser’s travel dates, the promoter reserves the right to substitute a provider of equal or greater value. Upon check-in, the purchaser will be required to provide the hotel with photo identification and an imprint of a major credit card to cover the cost of incidental charges. Guest is responsible for all incidentals such as, but not limited to, resort fees, sales tax, long distance phone service, key deposit, meals and transportation ​ PRESENTATION: Attendance at a sales presentation on the benefits of a discounted Vacation Program, lasting approximately 90 minutes, is required. Presentations may not be attended on check in or check out date. Married and cohabiting couples must travel and attend the presentation together. Those who do not attend the sales presentation in its entirety will not receive the resort voucher or gifts and will be charged the retail value of the accommodations plus tax. Those that do not qualify and have attended presentation under false pretenses will be charged the retail value of the accommodations plus tax. ​ RESERVATIONS: If you have already purchased and you’re ready to book your dates, please click on the link also provided in your Welcome Letter and complete your reservation form and submit form. We will handle all your travel needs, including adding additional family members, extra nights, car rentals, as well as discuss special needs and other questions you may have. All reservations are made on a space available basis from hotel allotments. Minimum stay 2 nights/Maximum stay 4 nights, strictly enforced. ABSOLUTELY NO FRIDAY NIGHT CHECK IN... ​ Reservations must be made at least 7 days prior to check in date. Reservations must be canceled at least 7 days prior to check in date, anything canceled less than 7 days prior to arrival date will results in a charge-back of 1 night plus tax plus the new room cost fees. Reservations must be rescheduled at least 7  days prior to check in date, anything rescheduled less than 7 days prior to arrival date will results in a charge-back of 1 night at the rack rate (published rate at hotel) plus tax, plus cost of the new room. Not showing at hotel on your scheduled reservation date will result in a charge-back for all nights (2 Nights) at the rack rate (published rate at hotel)plus tax, plus cost of the new room . Advance notice is required as certain days of the week and times of the year are extremely limited.  ELIGIBILITY: Married or co-habitating couples both must be at least 25 years of age, 1 must be under 73 years age and have an annual household income of at least $50,000 (US). Single women between 30-70 with an annual income of $50,000.Couples must tour with spouse/fiancé/life partner and must prove they live together with either matching address id, or checkbook, lease/mortgage statement with both names on the account to qualify. Newlyweds may use marriage certificate. For identification purposes, each Qualified Tour must possess, and present at the Presentation, a valid driver’s license, state I.D. or Passport and a valid major credit card. (no debit/check cards)  Guest cannot have attended a presentation thru Arcadia Resorts Club/CR-Clearwater in the past 12 months, cannot be a travel agent, industry or airline employee or current members of any travel or vacation club. All guests must be able speak, read and write English fluently and be capable of entering into a legal contract.  Children are permitted at the presentation, however there is a 4 person maximum on tour including the qualifying guest(s). Guest may not be from Venezuela due to currency conversion issues. ​ The Welcome Center of Daytona Beach, LLC registered Florida Seller of Travel # ST37782 acts as an agent for hotels and all other services supplied as part of this vacation package. Global Solutions, LLC nor The Welcome Center of Daytona Beach, LLC, shall not be liable for any loss, cancellation costs, delays, irregularities, accidents, injuries, damage to persons or property, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, arising from, or in conjunction with, any of these services. Global Solutions, LLC nor The Welcome Center of Daytona Beach, LLC will not assume any responsibility and shall not be liable for delays, cancellations or interruptions due to nature, strikes, Acts of God, acts of war or terrorism, and other acts beyond its control. This promotion will be offered throughout the U.S.; however, it is void where prohibited by law and where state regulation and/or licensing requirements have not been met. YOU MAY ALSO CANCEL THIS CONTRACT IF ACCOMMODATIONS OR FACILITIES ARE NOT AVAILABLE PURSUANT TO A REQUEST FOR USE AS PROVIDED IN THE CONTRACT. IF YOU DECIDE TO CANCEL, YOU MUST NOTIFY THE SELLER IN WRITING OF YOUR INTENT TO CANCEL BY RETURNING THE CERTIFICATE AND SENDING NOTICE TO globalsolutionscustomerservice@gmail.com . NO REFUNDS AFTER 30 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF VACATION CERTIFICATE. PURCHASER SHALL RELY UPON REPRESENTATIONS OTHER THAN THOSE INCLUDED IN THIS CONTRACT. THIS CONTRACT IS FOR THE PURCHASE OF A VACATION CERTIFICATE AND PUTS ALL ASSIGNEES ON NOTICE OF THE CONSUMER’S RIGHT TO CANCEL UNDER SECTION 559.933, FLORIDA STATUTES. ​ However, you may transfer the vacation package to a qualified recipient as a gift; and your package is good for 12 months, so there should be plenty of time to travel. ​ This advertising material is being used for the purpose of soliciting the sales of a vacation membership program
