Behind the Brand

Why are we called Daves Tavern? 

Our uncle Dave was the kindest man you'd ever meet and had a great love for fine wine, food and great beer! We have modeled the bar/restaurant in a way that we think he would have enjoyed and have integrated certain aspects in his remembrance from the wine racks, oak stain glassed cabinet and his very own piano from his house. You will also notice that our staff shirts and all doors are blue which was his favorite color.

We hope Daves Tavern will be a place that he would have enjoyed with Good Times, Good Friends and Great Food!
