Behind the Brand

Our restaurant is all about community and bringing people together in a time when we have never been more disconnected. Italians are notorious for assuring that there's food at any and every function & holiday throughout the year.  Food has the power to not only bring people together, but to bring up fond memories, bring peace to feuding families, bring comfort to hungry bellies, heal broken bodies, hearts & souls. Food is magic. It deserves more time and respect than we tend to give it. But it's food that fuels us and lets us keep going in a world where sometimes we only have time to grab a bag of cheese curd and go. Growing up in my parents' restaurant, I really learned to love cooking and baking. The whole ritual of it. And the respect it should be given. Food teaches me something new every single day.
