Behind the Brand

The menu at the new Iron Daisy will mirror what you might expect: guac, chips, fajitas, tacos and burritos.

But citrus flavors, like oranges and limes, fresh produce from local farms and seafood from the Gulf of Mexico will be proof of a Panhandle punch, something we call "Florida Mex."

Every item on our menu is made from scratch and a hand-crafted recipe. Our menu is designed to cater to those with allergies or dietary restrictions.

Munchables include beer-battered fried green tomatoes with Florida remoulade. For those hankering for more than snackable bites, the menu includes the Gaines "Street" tacos with the option of ground or vegan beef, pulled poblano chicken, pork carnitas or fried chicken strips topped with chipotle crema. To drink, there are margaritas, sangria and Mexican beers and red and white wine.
