Behind the Brand
One man's trash is another man's treasure - find yours at The Ultimate NEPA Yard Sale on Saturday, September 6th from 8 am to 12 noon in the parking lot of Mohegan Arena at Casey Plaza in Wilkes-Barre Township; just off I-81 on Highland Park Blvd, next to Walmart.
Vendors get 2 parking spaces - one for their vehicle and the one in front of the vehicle to display their wares (10x10 each). The Yard Sale is limited to 200 vendors - you must register and present your ticket from SweetDeals.com. Thousands are expected to come shop - so be prepared!
Vendors - What to know:
A dumpster will be provided to discard any unsold items and garbage. When the dumpster is full, all remaining items and garbage MUST be taken with you! Once the garbage is placed in the dumpster it may not be removed. No chemicals, tires, electronics or paint is allowed.
- Price Includes Wilkes Barre Township Kiosk Permit Fee
- Printed voucher will be scanned for redemption at check-in the morning of the event.
- Vendors will be allowed to enter the selling grounds at approximately 6:30 am when the gates open. Gates may open a little sooner depending on traffic.
- By purchasing your space at the Yard Sale, you agree to the terms and conditions in the waiver section which permits photos taken on site.
- Vendors will be lined up and parked in amusement park style. You will be parked next to the car in front of and behind you. If you want to be next to another vendor, make sure you arrive with them and are next in line.
- Each vendor will receive one (1) parking space for their vehicle, and one (1) approx. 10' x 10' Parking Space to sell from. No vehicles will be permitted to drive through the selling area during selling hours..
- All items must be unloaded into the designated selling space. Participants are required to bring their own tables, chairs, and bags if they desire as long as they stay within their own area. Participants will be able to set their own prices and keep 100% of their profits.

Yard sale is for personal stuff. Multi-Level Marketing representatives are not permitted to vend at this event. Examples: Arbonne, Herbalife, Pampered Chef and Silpada.
- The preferred method of payment is cash. Vendors may offer PayPal and/or Venmo payment options. You must provide your own change. It is suggested that you start your bank with at least: (1 ) roll of quarters, (20) $1 bills, (4) $5 bills, and (1) $10 bills.
- Items that contain profanity or obscenity will not be tolerated and will be removed.
- Items such as weapons including pocket knives, machetes, meat cleavers, guns, bows, or anything else that may be deemed harmful or inappropriate will not be tolerated and will be removed from the selling space immediately.
- Participants are required to safeguard their own belongings. There must be someone attending a space at all times.
- Participants are not permitted to sell anything that is not in their possession, stolen items, or that does not exist at the time.
- Participants are NOT permitted to sell food or drink. Wilkes-Barre Township requires that all food distributors have a license or permit to sell food of any kind. Participants in such will risk fines and/or removal from the event.
- Selling will begin at 8 am!
- Selling will conclude at 12 noon! Please be courteous and patient when leaving. Remember that it takes a little while to get all 200 vendors out of the lot! Make sure you please clean up your mess.
- Tents are NOT permitted on site due to liability issues.

- Valid for 2 parking spaces. One (1) for parking and one (1) for merchant display. Oversized vehicles, such as box trucks, will require 2 purchased spaces. Includes Wilkes Barre Township Kiosk Permit Fee
- Valid for Saturday, September 6, 2025 ONLY from 8am-12pm. Rain or Shine.
- Assumption of Risk and Liability Release Agreement MUST be Completed Before Entering the Grounds. Release form will be emailed separately after purchase. Please confirm that your email address is correct before completing order.
- Not valid with other discounts/promotions
- A refund will be issued if the event is canceled due to weather or other circumstances beyond Cumulus Media control.
- NO TENTS or CANOPIES allowed.
- Full value expiration will expire September 6, 2025
