Behind the Brand

Wicked Taco Factory is the brick-and-mortar companion to the beloved Grills on Wheels food truck which you could always find at Frances Flower Shop on Capitol Avenue.  After 7 years serving employees around the State Capitol, they transitioned to the brick-and-mortar in September 2020. Now, they serve the downtown community including the Stephens Bldg, Courthouse, EStem and all surrounding areas and hotels. They now have a larger menu including Carne Asada Fries, Tamales, Tortilla Soup as well as the usual favorites from the GOW food truck. Vegetarian options available too!  Owner, Melanie Aquino, is present each day along with her son (Brad), bonus son(Al) and fabulous staff.  It’s a family affair!
