First, you choose a base. It could be sushi or brown rice, mixed greens, chips, or greens! Then you choose a protein: How about spicy tuna salmon, ahi tuna, yellow tail octopus, shrimp, or tofu? Add your veggies, onions, or cucumber! Then you pick your sauce: non-spicy, mild, medium, or spicy. And finally add your toppings: avocado, crab meat, masago, green onions, ginger, wasabi, seaweed mix, sesame seeds, edamame, or seaweed salad. We drizzle some Poki spicy sauce, miso dressing, or sriracha, and presto! Your delicious Poki Bowl made to your liking!
